(Above) Left: Chimney in need of pointing, clay tile cut down to proper height and a chimney cap to keep those birds from passing out from the carbon monoxide and falling down the flue.

(Above) Middle: Chimneys are in desperate need of a rebuilds, falling pieces have already damaged the roof and you can see right through parts of the masonry, also the block chimney’s flashing has been tarred over which means somethings wrong there too.

(Above) Top right: Oil furnace flue needs a sweep but even worse is that the clay tile is being supported on nails and the liner doesn’t go past the breeching hole but stops before it.

(Above) Bottom right: Unlined flue that has combustible framing directly behind it touching the chimney and hidden in the wall.
